1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we can ship any of our products anywhere in the world. Please contact us for prices and time leads.

2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders are estimated to be processed 24 to 48 hours after purchased. Delivery depends on Shipping method opted at purchase.

In case of uncommon logistics issues, it may take a few more business days.

3. I have yet to receive my order.

The products are normally sent within 1-2 days after payment has been received. Please send us an email at nm@thecanastore.com if the deadline has passed so that we can give you with extra information.

4. My order hasn't arrived yet.

Please contact us if you have not yet received your order so that we can investigate. This is owing to the fact that overseas orders are subject to customs procedures.

5. I'm concerned about my credit card information's security.

Because we execute all of our transactions through global secure and encrypted checkouts, you can rest assured that they are completely secure. 

6. Why was only one product delivered when the others were not?

For logistics considerations, we have many warehouses in various locations. Your products may be dispatched from multiple warehouses depending on stock. 7. There was a problem with my order.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact us as soon as possible and take photos of the damage so that we can give you a free replacement.

8. I'd like to make some changes to or cancel my order.

Changes are only possible during the first 24 hours after purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in making the required revisions to your order.
